Creativity as a Daily Practice

Creativity at CECI isn’t a one-hour art class — it’s a mindset we nurture every day.
We see creativity as the child’s way of understanding the world, expressing emotion, and solving problems. Whether it’s mixing colors, telling stories, or building towers, creativity emerges when children feel safe to take risks and make mistakes.

Our classrooms are designed like small ateliers — filled with natural light, texture, and materials that encourage open-ended exploration. Teachers act as guides, not directors. They listen to what sparks a child’s imagination and help that idea grow.

We don’t focus on the final artwork pinned to the wall — we celebrate the smudged paint, the half-built sculpture, the “what if” that turned into something unexpected.
