Open the meeting at 8:25 am

Roll Call & establish Quorum

Approval of Minutes from January

Old Business

● New Building Construction Update – We have paid for the phase II of the project,

working on the engineering plan and foundational structure

New Business

● Director update- We have a good candidate in mind for the school. We are going to do a

couple follow up interviews and meet and greets before making a final decision

● Summer camp discussion- We are still finalizing the price and staffing schedule

● 2026-27 tuition discussion- This is also under revision for the following year

● 2026-27 calendar- We will adopt the Lee County School calendar

● Vote for Neva Torres onto board of directors- Voted in

● Fundraising/Grants- Christine

● Community Engagement/Events- Clare

● Campus- Elliott

● Governance-Bana

● VPK Graduation- Date set for 5/29, time is to be determined
