Open the meeting at 8:25 am

Roll Call & establish Quorum

Approval of Minutes from February

Old Business

● New Building Construction Update- We are making good progress on our goal. We are

working towards establishing the structural and storm water plans.

● Director update- We have hired a new director, Cornina Dekker who will begin her

leadership of CECI in July

● Summer camp discussion- The details have finalized as to the cost and the themes that

we will provide for our campers this summer

● 2026-27 tuition discussion- We are working on restructuring and fine tuning the cost of

tuition for the upcoming school year

● Email transition- This task is completed

● Website- Our new website is up and running, a Google search will bring interested

parties to our newly redesigned website

New Business

● Press releases and cards- We are working on writing press release in order to give

recognition to our partners who have been helping us

○ CFI development grant- 20,000 to help us launch the school’s developmental

capital campaign

○ Kiwanis grant- 2,500 to help us repair the HVAC system that broke

○ Fish grant

○ Harkeys pending

○ Sanctuary pending
